There is nothing more important to your journey of faith than getting to know the person of Jesus. It’s through growing in our relationship with him that we are changed and transformed. As a new believer, we highly recommend reading through the book of Mark in the Bible. (We like the NIV New International Version and the NLT New Living Translation but any version is fine). This account of Jesus’ life on earth will give you a historical account of who Jesus was, but will also reveal his character and how he is alive and at work even today.
