The Missions Fund at Frontline is the financial collaborative effort of our church to fund the work of our mission partners locally and globally. This is a separate fund from the general church budget. All contributions made to the Missions Fund go directly to Frontline’s missions efforts.
Pooling our missions dollars allows us to invest in the work our partners in Grand Rapids and around the globe are doing in order to leverage donated money to have a deeper impact.
HOW MONEY IS DISTRIBUTED.
Money raised through the Missions Fund is distributed as follows:
10%: Grants for Small Group Missional Initiatives
10%: Scholarships for Camps and Trips
10%: Church-wide Sent Events
10%: Essentials Store (Located at Frontline Church)
30%: Local Partnerships
30%: Global Partnerships (Guatemala, Haiti, and Ethiopia)
2024-2025 GOAL
Our goal for the 2024-2025 year is to raise $75,000. Since June 1, 2024 we’ve received $15,000, which leaves $60,000 left to be fully funded for this fiscal year ending May 2025.
GRANT REQUEST FOR MISSIONAL INITIATIVE
Requirements for requests: Your group must contribute more than or equal to the amount requested. Groups may request up to $200 per request per quarter. Money must be used solely for outreach purposes and must directly benefit the community the group is reaching. Money also cannot be simply given away. Fulfillment of requests are dependent on fund availability. Upon approval of request, a check will be written and mailed to your group’s leader and he/she will be responsible for cashing the check.
Email our Missions pastor to request a grant for your small group.
