Jesus People | Week 2
We’re all entering 2021 with big hopes and dreams - new cars, new jobs, maybe even new children! Could these be small in comparison to the hopes and dreams God has for us? What if, in the midst of the uncertainty and opportunity this year brings, God wants us to not just accumulate more or relax more but to become more?
What would 2021 be like if we became known as “Jesus People”? Join us this Sunday as we study Jesus’ conversation with His people scattered throughout the ancient world. By learning from their failures and their victories, we will seek to become “Jesus People.”

Passages:
Revelation 2:1-5 NIV To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary. Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.
Revelation 2:6-7 NLT But this is in your favor: You hate the evil deeds of the Nicolaitans, just as I do. “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give fruit from the tree of life in the paradise of God.
