Summer in the Psalms | Week 3
This summer, we're diving deep into the collection of songs known as the book of Psalms. More than just an accumulation of unrelated chapters and verses, the repeating chorus includes the voices of joy, sorrow, anger, longing, and hope; all coming together in a harmonic choir that points to the coming reign and rule of Jesus Christ. Join us as we explore the Psalms in our new teaching series, "Summer in the Psalms". ☀️
Happy Fathers Day!

Matthew 27:45-46 (NLT) At noon, darkness fell across the whole land until three o’clock. At about three o’clock, Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?”
“I am scorned by everyone…all who see me mock me…they pierce my hands and my feet…they divide my clothing among them and cast lots for my garment.” -Psalm 22
Psalm 22:24 (NIV) “For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help”
“All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him… future generations will be told about the Lord. They will proclaim his righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn: He has done it!” - Psalm 22
